THE VISION OF THE PINK CURLER ARMY
THE PINK CURLER ARMY
I was in California to attend a business conference in the early hours of the morning on the last day of February, I found myself awake. As I rolled over in bed, my field of vision was filled with the color pink. At first, this was all I could see. Then, like a movie, the picture panned back. I could make out that it was a pink curler. The kind of curler that has a snap on gridded attachment to hold it in place. Of course, this got my attention.
As I looked, suddenly, the picture expanded, and I could see into the distance, an extremely large, winding, flowing river of pink. As far as my eye could see, there was a winding river of pink. I could see that it was made up entirely of women, marching in formation. They were close together with no gap between them. They were marching in unity. I could see that every one of them were wearing pink curlers in their hair. Holy spirit, what are you trying to tell me? I know that putting curlers in your hair, represents preparation and getting ready for something. According to first Corinthians 11:15, hair represents glory and covering. I knew that Holy Spirit was speaking to me about a mighty movement of women. This is not a feminist movement but a Kingdom movement. This is not a movement that is against something, but a movement that is for something. These mighty women of God had begun to march in the land in preparation to bring the glory of God to the Earth. This was a beautiful thing to see. It was a powerful move of God. Women were mobilizing in unity, love, strength, and kindness. The enemy could not penetrate what God was doing, and will do in the days to come. Because they are in unity, there is no stopping them. God is raising up women everywhere to go into all facets of life with His power and glory, Will you be one of them? I found out later in the day that the month of March celebrates and honors women. How timely of God. (Excerpt from, I Want To Tell You Something.)

I want to tell you something
Christi J Hay-Roe
As Christi’s editor, I’m honored to say a few words about Christi‘s book, “I Want to Tell You Something.” As I was reading the manuscript for the first time, I was struck by how SIMPLE, PERSONAL and RELATABLE it was. The stories are SHORT, UNIQUE and LAYERED with meaning. It’s loaded with SCRIPTURES that are attached to her practical life, which I personally appreciate. I gotta have things PRACTICAL! Other FEATURES: The book has a couple QUESTIONS at the end of some chapters so that the reader can consider these concepts from their own life. Also, it has a BEAUTIFUL LETTER TO NEW BELIEVERS AND A PRAYER OF SALVATION.
So, if you have people in your life that are new to their faith, or just curious and seeking, this is a great book to give as a GIFT. It introduces a loving, personal God and a simple way to connect with Him.MOST IMPORTANTLY and what makes this book so SPECIAL is that it INSPIRES every reader to want to go find their own special place to MEET with GOD and hear His voice.
The KINDLE version is about $8 bucks and the PAPERBACK is $14.99 Amazon
If you know of a young Christian or someone who doesn’t know much about God, it makes a wonderful gift.
SO LASTLY, I want to tell you a dorky little personal story, but it really happened, and confirms the influence of this book on my life.
I was on a motorcycle ride with my husband. My husband is a quiet man so he likes when we ride together because he doesn’t have to talk, LOL. So, on a long ride, I have lots of time to think and pray. On this particular ride, and having just read Christi’s book, I said, “God, is there anything you want to say to me today?” No sooner had I said that, I looked to the left and there was a street sign that went up a steep hill called Never Give Up Rd. I said to myself, oh I need to remember that!A couple days later on the way back, we had gotten off the Port Townsend ferry and had come into a little town and I looked to the left again just in time to see a street sign called Linger Longer Rd. I kid you not. So God’s message to me that trip?
LINGER LONGER (in His presence) and NEVER GIVE UP!!!
